Her knowledge of the Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan was a game changer. She kept me on track with deadlines, helped with every part of the process, and made sure I got everything submitted on time.

It was a joy to work with Denise and Aileen throughout my home selling and buying process.  To say it was the most stressful time in my life would be an understatement but Aileen and Denise made the experience more manageable for me.  I really appreciate everything they did. My fiancé and I are first time homeowners and had the pleasure of working with Gold Miners Investments. Denice M. Was our mortgage broker and we truly have nothing but great things to say about her and the entire company. From the beginning, she was very attentive and transparent.
I have two things in particular that I would like to elaborate on. #1. As first time homeowners we aren’t very educated on the process and what to expect. As stated earlier, Denice was thorough throughout the entire process - especially with the mortgage loan. She utilized her skills and presented us with a great mortgage loan. Denice was meticulous and timed everything to a T, better than I could ever explain. We are beyond grateful for her and the work she has put in to bring this all together with the least amount of work for my fiancé and I.

#2. The real estate transaction. From start to finish, we closed in three weeks and only had to give paperwork - very little hassle and very little time! What else can one ask for? Denice worked with both my fiancé’s schedule and my own - she was patient and walked us through it all from beginning to end. We had such an incredible time completing it all and seeing it all come to life. Denice worked diligently alongside my agent, Betty Lopez, and without them we would not have been successful in purchasing our biggest investment.

Overall Denice was supportive, thorough and super respectful throughout the entire process. She was not pushy and took the time (not to mention she was always available) to explain everything to us. The home buying process can be very difficult but Gold Miners Inc. were very quick, thorough and clean. We closed in 3 weeks and had little to no issues with the entire process.
